As you get started with Duette, there are a few things you should know about your new contacts.

• • Putting in and taking out Duette contacts may feel strange at first, but once you practise a few times, it will be like second nature.
  • You may experience a brief period of adaptation as you become accustomed to the feel of this lens. Any “slight” lens awareness should go away as your wear time increases.
  • If you’re wearing Duette Progressive or Duette Multifocal contact lens, your brain will need time to adapt to the multifocal optics and your vision may not be optimised for 1-2 weeks. Learn more about adapting to multifocal optics >>
  • Avoid using oil-based cosmetics, hand soaps or lotions. Oil-based products can permanently damage the surface of your Duette lenses.
